About HOA Relief

HOA Relief helps condo and HOA owners who have just been handed a special assessment or a big fee increase, and don't know what to do next.

Board packets are long, written for the board, and arrive with a deadline. We turn them into plain answers: what the board had to do, what you can ask for, and what each way of paying really costs.

What we do

• A free checker that shows your state's rules and the red flags in your assessment.
• Ready-to-send letters for records, payment plans, board questions and insurance claims.
• Written reviews of your assessment documents.

What we don't do

We are not a law firm and we don't give legal advice. We don't take sides with boards or management companies, and we don't get paid by them. When something needs a lawyer, we say so.
